Every business needs capital. As IQ Capital, we combine the experience in private debt and investment banking services and provide financing directly for business-related purposes. It does not matter, if you search for funds to set up your company, to speed up its growth, you need the funds to acquire a competitor or to purchase existing shares.
Business financing
As part of our business activity, we support the entrepreneurs, who have a specific vision of their business and exceptional motivation to achieve their intended goals, by granting secured loans [PLN 1 million – PLN 5 million]. Unlike large financial institutions or investment funds, we support the management boards of companies, which want to maintain full control over their business.
How does it work?
We meet at our office or in the premises of your company. As soon as during the first meeting, we provide you with information about all the necessary documents and conditions to be met. At the meeting, you will also be informed, when you will receive a final acknowledgement from us. Under the standard agreement, you will be aware of the all actual costs of the financing from the very beginning. If you have all the necessary documents, the entire process may take up only 48 hours.
Equity investments
We smoothly navigate by structuring both standard transactions and transactions, which are non-typical from the perspective of the investment banking services. As Business Angels and experienced entrepreneurs, we perfectly understand the problems the modern companies have to challenge. We not only support investment projects of the companies with an established position on the market, but also of the companies, which are at an early stage of their development. We have a strong, extensive international network of contacts. If the support of institutional investors is needed at the entry or exit from the investment, we will help you to organise the entire process.
We directly invest up to PLN 5 million in each of the portfolio companies within one round of financing. We do not use EU funds in our business activities, which makes us very independent and flexible in relation to many bureaucratic barriers. Do you believe you have a really promising idea?
